Mark as Useful He said that I had grant money available to do whatever I wanted to do with it. All I had to do was to give him my debit or credit card number and be charged only one dollar. He keeps calling and harrassing me.

Mark as Useful These people are crackpots. They've called me with the same crap as well. I did default on a payday loan, but it is not a criminal act, and they have no right to harass you at work or home.
